Welcome to Consetta's!

We are located 50 scenic minutes northwest from Albuquerque and 75 minutes from Santa Fe in the quiet and peaceful town of Jemez Springs, New Mexico. Consetta's Restaurant sits against the dramatic backdrop of the majestic red cliffs of the Jemez Mountains and welcomes hungry visitors from around the world with our sumptuous cuisine, friendly ambiance, and mountain fresh clean air.

Our Vision
It is the vision of Consetta's, The Green Restaurant, to provide a pleasant dining experience for our guests to enjoy the beauty of the Jemez Valley and Northern New Mexico. We are also committed to decreasing our footprint on the Earth and providing an avenue for ideas and demonstrations on how to become better stewards of the Earth's resources. We support the goals of organizations like Bioneers, Sustain Taos, and Co-op America.

Our Food
To carry out our vision we serve organic produce, free range meat, and sustainable seafood whenever possible. We have vegan and vegetarian dishes on the menu as well as our traditional Italian fare. Our wines are purchased locally from Ponderosa Winery, just 12 miles south of us. We also serve a fine selection of domestic and imported beers.

Our Facility
We offer outside dining with fantastic views of the red rock canyon. Picnic tables will soon be provided for those who wish to take one of our specially prepared picnic baskets to enjoy their food under the cottonwood trees by the rushing Jemez River. Opportunities exist to tour the owners thirty foot diameter Yurt. Solar ovens, solar hot water heater, organic gardens and other sustainable projects are in the works.
